Holiday Orders: All purchases from Dec 19 will ship the week of Jan 6.

Extended exchanges until Feb 15.

All orders placed from December 19, 2025 onward will be processed and dispatched starting the week of January 6, 2026.
This allows us to ensure careful handling, quality control and intentional delivery — without compromising craftsmanship or packaging.

EXTENDED RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To make holiday gifting simple and stress-free, all orders placed from December 19, 2025 can be exchanged until February 15, 2026.

You may request:

  • an exchange for size or color

  • a different model

  • or a store credit valid for future launches

 

Returns & exchanges will be handled through our digital portal.
Your order number and email will be required.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH SCHEDULE

Because Magra operates with intentional production and boutique fulfillment, orders placed in late December will be shipped starting January 06, 2026.

Estimated delivery:

  • Mexico → 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • USA & Canada → 5–10 business days

  • EU & LATAM → 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world → 10–15 business days

We recommend choosing an address where someone can receive the parcel.
